This is DBP fabric but just came very wrinkled. Most of these headbands have a “crinkle” look to the fabric which I think is cute and some are normal non wrinkled texture. Many of the wrinkles even out when fabric is stretched also on your head and may even come out after washing just wanted to make note of it!
